A Multi-Point Inspection
The Toyota brand is well-known for quality and integrity, so it comes as no surprise that we uphold these values in every used car that we sell. To qualify for the Toyota Certified Program, a vehicle must be no older six years old, and it must not have more than 85,000 miles on it. Furthermore, it must meet our high standards for quality, and this is confirmed through a stringent, multi-point inspection process. Specifically, most vehicles must pass a 160-point inspection. Some vehicles, such as hybrids and others, have a 174-point inspection. These inspections cover all of the critical aspects of vehicle condition that are important to our Toyota customers. For example, areas that range from the security system and the condition of the cabin to the steering column, the axles, the transmission and more will be thoroughly reviewed by our in-house team of auto technicians. In addition to passing this inspection, a Certified vehicle benefits from thorough reconditioning. A Vehicle History Report

The other warranty that is included under the Certified Program is the Limited Powertrain Warranty. This coverage is for seven years or 100,000 miles. It is for the repair or replacement of engine parts, the transmission and any other lubricated components under the hood. Travel protection is associated with this coverage. In the event that you need to file a warranty claim and are more than 150 miles from home, you can enjoy reimbursement for meals and other expenses while your car is being repaired. Services for both warranty plans can be completed at your choice of more than 1,400 approved centers in the United States and Canada.
Roadside Assistance
Unfortunately, issues like flat tires and running out of gas can happen regardless of the vehicle that you are driving. With this in mind, another excellent perk is the inclusion of 24-hour roadside assistance. This benefit is in place for the length of the Limited Powertrain Warranty. If you run out of gas, you can request the delivery of a free gallon of gas. You can also benefit from tire change service and dead battery jumping service. Other services available through this program are vehicle lockout service and free towing to the nearest authorized service center.
