The 2024 Toyota Camry is now available at Yokem Toyota serving Shreveport Bossier City Louisiana. This is the latest version of what has been one of the most popular sedans in the U.S. for many decades.
The 2024 Toyota Camry arrives at Yokem Toyota with no major changes. Toyota has made minor refinements to the standard equipment and added some new options as well.
The base engine for the 2024 Toyota Camry in Shreveport is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder that makes 203 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. Front-wheel drive is standard. All-wheel drive is optional, and an eight-speed automatic transmission is standard in either case. You also have the option of a 3.5-liter V6 that makes 301 hp and 267 lb.-ft. It’s standard with the TRD and optional with the XLE and XSE. These models have the eight-speed but are only available as front-wheel drive.
A 7-inch infotainment touch screen with Apple and Android integration is standard. With the XLE trim and up, this system is upgraded with a 9-inch screen and a more robust feature set. Standard driver assists include automatic high-beam headlamps, a rearview monitor, adaptive cruise control with road sign recognition, forward collision warning with automatic braking and lane departure warning with steering assist. Beyond the SE trim level, the Camry also has blind-spot warning and an upgraded adaptive cruise system that is able to slow down from full speed.
A keyless entry system with trunk release and remote illuminated entry is standard with the LE and SE. Optional with those trims and standard with all others is a Smart Key system with push-button start. The TRD has some exclusive mechanical upgrades: a sport-tuned suspension and sport exhaust.
All seven trim levels are available through our Toyota dealership serving Shreveport Bossier City Louisiana. The SE is also available in a SE Nightshade Edition. The XLE V6 and XSE V6 are the same as their counterparts with the addition of the more powerful engine.
These eight monotone color options are available with most trim levels. XSE models also give you the option of pairing a Midnight Black Metallic roof with either Celestial Silver Metallic, Supersonic Red or Wind Chill Pearl for a two-tone aesthetic. Underground paired with the Midnight Black Metallic roof is exclusive to the TRD, and the Nightshade Edition appearance package for the SE trim level gives you the choice of Ice Cap, Midnight Black Metallic or Reservoir Blue.
